Sponsored Slim January 2005

Paula Fitzpatrick a very dear friend of Georgie's Fund is about to embark on a sponsored slim with Weight Watchers. She starts on Tuesday and is donating all the proceeds to Georgie's Fund. Paula needs alot of support and encouragement as she says this will be one of the hardest things she has ever done! If you would like to sponsor Paula email us and we will put you in touch with her. Paula has promised to keep us up to date with her progress.

Tamsin's Sponsored Walk April 2005

Tamsin has got the bug for fundraising! After the success of her recent Gig night in Kingston, where she raised money for her GAP project and £70 for Georgie's Fund, Tamsin is now doing a 10 mile sponsored walk to raise further funds for the two projects. The walk is on the 24th April. If you want to sponsor Tamsin email us and we'll put you in touch with her.

Katie Askew's Sponsored Walk

Katie and her Mum walked from Addlestone to Kingston along the river path a on Saturday May 14th for Georgie's Fund they raised £170! FANTASTIC! Well done to both of you.

The Great North Run September 2005

On Sunday 18th September Kevin Kavanagh took part in the BUPA Great North Run. It was a half marathon, 13.1 miles, from Newcastle Upon Tyne to South Shields. Despite some last minute injuries Kevin completed the run in good time and raised £206 for Georgie's Fund in the Process!
