If you pay tax in the UK, the Gift Aid scheme is a simple way to increase the value of your gift to charity.

Making your donation using Gift Aid will enable us to reclaim the basic rate tax on your gift to us. This means that if you give us £10 using Gift Aid in the tax year 2004-2005, that gift is worth £12.82 to us.

You can make payments by cash, cheque or postal order, direct debit, standing order, debit or credit card or even in foreign currency including the euro.

We need you to supply your address and postcode (c/o is no good) and we can make your sponsorship worth 28% more by reclaiming the tax!

Your address will NOT be used by us or anyone else it is purely so that we can reclaim the tax. Without it we can’t claim back the tax and the tax man will keep the money!

To participate in the Gift Aid scheme, please print off this form, complete it and send it back to us.
