The theme this year was nursery rhymes and they chose 'The House That Jack Built'. Every year this family put in weeks of work leading up to the event carefully preparing their float and costumes, accounting for the smallest detail. Their hard work paid off yet again as they scooped the first prize for the charity section winning £100 for the fund! As well as this they collected a tidy amount in their collection buckets along the route. The cast for the day consisted of: The Farmer, Kirsty Holehouse; The Maiden, Hannah Snape; The Man, Lauren Snape; The Cow, Charlotte Steward; The Dog, Elyse Kennedy; The Cat, Bryony Kennedy; The Priest, Carol Holehouse; and last but most importantly Jack was played by Zoe Holehouse. We send a huge thanks to them all including Andy Holehouse who built the float supplied and drove the van and took all the photos.
