We were very honoured this year to have no less than 5 celebrities involved in the days events! Richard Keys from Sky Sports entered a team which included Andy Gray and Geoff Shrieves fellow commentators from Sky Sports. It was fantastic to have them there. Richard very kindy donated a cricket bat, signed by the England, Australian and Bangladesh teams from a one day international! Unfortunatley due to England World Cup qualifying match the next day, after playing their round of golf Richard and his team had to shoot off back to work and were unable to stay for the evening. Bobby Davro was another celebrity guest to play. He also conducted the auction and did a brilliant job of keeping everyone entertained while he cleverly parted them with their money. Everyone was in fits of laughter. Bobby then kindly donated a number of tickets with a back stage visit for his panto at the New Woking Theatre. Our last celebrity of the day was Max Clifford who kindly agreed to present the prizes to our winning golfers. Max amazed us further by donating two tickets to see The XFactor with backstage passes to be Simon Cowell's guests and meet the judges!!! We were truly overwhelmed with everyones generosity.
